Awkward navigation on the phone is a real put off.
Scrolling is good - Low page depth and use the back button
Its much easier to find information that isn't hidden under drop down menus or linked to on the bottom of the parent page. Grouping pages on the main nav could be a good option.
Use text and call features - Its a phone
It couldn't be easier to literally put a phone and a number in someones' hand.
